Hello Tumblr! My name is Emily Ryder and I am an aspiring fashion photographer in SEATTLE!
Jared and Christine, bloggers here at SeattleChillin, are gracious enough to let me share some wonderful news with you. As much as I love Seattle, the fashion industry is a bit dull here. My ultimate goal is to photograph fashion and beauty for both campaigns and magazines in New York City. In about one year, I plan on moving to the big city to pursue my dream.
However, there’s a problem: breaking out in a new city is hard (let alone NYC), so, I’ve entered an art contest. Not just any art contest, though – the prize is $10,000 and a showcase of the winner’s work in Times Square this summer!
